1. Use of Website

Original Age reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the site at any time, without notice, if these terms are violated or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
2. Products & Orders
- All products are offered subject to availability
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion
- Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice
Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be canceled due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud or misuse. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Resale prohibited. Products purchased from originalage.com are intended for personal use only. Purchasing for the purpose of resale, arbitrage, or commercial distribution is prohibited and may result in order cancellation and account termination.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated
- Payment must be completed at checkout
- We accept payment methods supported by our checkout platform
Original Age is not responsible for fees, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment processors. In cases of suspected payment fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order, report the activity to the relevant payment network, and take appropriate legal action.
4. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription product:
- Your payment method will be charged automatically on the agreed billing cycle
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date through your account or by contacting customerservice@originalage.com
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed
- Subscription orders are subject to the same refund policy as one-time purchases for the current billing period only
We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions associated with fraudulent accounts, chargebacks, or policy abuse.
5. Shipping
- Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
- Original Age is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate. Claims submitted beyond this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it for eligibility, timelines, and instructions.
Chargeback abuse. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us is considered a violation of these Terms. We maintain records of all transactions, communications, and fulfillment activity and will contest fraudulent or bad-faith disputes. Customers who initiate chargebacks may be permanently blocked from purchasing on originalage.com.
7. Account Responsibility
If you create an account with Original Age:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information
- You agree to provide accurate and current information
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing order limits, refund limits, or discount eligibility
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use. Original Age reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse promotions or guarantees.
8. Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotional offers are intended for individual, one-time use unless otherwise stated. Misuse of discount codes — including sharing, selling, or systematically exploiting them — is prohibited. Original Age reserves the right to cancel orders placed using fraudulently obtained or misused codes and to revoke access to future promotions.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Products may be sold through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Meta, or TikTok. Purchases made through those platforms are subject to their terms, policies, and dispute processes. Where platform policies differ from ours, the third-party platform's policies govern that transaction.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, graphics, product formulations, and design elements — is the property of Original Age or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use site content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Original Age is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Original Age, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

- Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
- Fraudulent activity, including chargebacks filed in bad faith
14. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us directly at customerservice@originalage.com before pursuing any formal dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly and without third-party involvement.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in the state in which Original Age operates. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or fraud.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Original Age operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
