Original Age is committed to providing a positive customer experience. If a product does not meet expectations, returns may be requested under the terms outlined below.

This policy applies to purchases made through Original Age official storefronts and authorized selling platforms, including our website and select third-party marketplaces.

Return Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

  • The item was purchased through an official Original Age sales channel or authorized marketplace.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party resellers

  • Digital products

  • Perishable goods

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Requests submitted outside the 30-day return window

Refund Options

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved

  • In some cases, store credit or an exchange may be offered upon request, subject to availability

How to Request a Return

Return requests must be initiated through the platform where the purchase was made:

  • OriginalAge.com (Shopify):
    Contact customerservice@originalage.com or use the online return portal

  • TikTok Shop:
    Submit the return request directly through your TikTok Shop order history

  • Instagram / Facebook Shops:
    Initiate the return through the Meta Commerce interface

  • Amazon:
    Submit the return request through your Amazon Orders page

Return Authorization & Shipping

  • All return requests are reviewed for eligibility

  • If approved, return instructions will be provided

  • Prepaid return labels may be issued when required by the selling platform

  • Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit

Original Age is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
