60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All purchases of Original Biome made through originalage.com are covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied within 60 days of your purchase date, contact us for a full refund. No return required. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email customerservice@originalage.com with your order number and we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Guarantee Terms & Limitations
Our guarantee is designed for genuine customers who try the product and aren't satisfied. To protect the integrity of this offer, the following limitations apply:
- One refund per household. The 60-day guarantee applies to one order per customer, per address, per household. Subsequent orders are not covered under the guarantee.
- Proof of purchase required. Refunds require a valid order number from originalage.com. We cannot process refunds for purchases made through unauthorized resellers or unverifiable channels.
- Good-faith use. This guarantee is intended for customers who have genuinely used the product. Refund requests that show a pattern of abuse — including repeated purchases and refunds across multiple accounts or addresses — may be declined.
- Chargeback policy. If a chargeback is filed with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the dispute. We encourage customers to reach out to us directly first — we will always make it right.
- Bulk and wholesale orders. Orders of 3 or more units, or orders placed at wholesale or discounted pricing, are not covered under the 60-day money-back guarantee and are final sale.
- Fraudulent claims. Original Age reserves the right to decline refund requests and cancel future orders from customers who provide false information, misrepresent use of the product, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Other Sales Channels
Purchases made through third-party platforms are subject to the return policies of those platforms:
- TikTok Shop — submit through your TikTok Shop order history
- Instagram / Facebook Shops — initiate through the Meta Commerce interface
- Amazon — submit through your Amazon Orders page
Items Not Covered
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
- Gift cards
- Items marked Final Sale
- Bulk or wholesale orders (3+ units)
Our Commitment
