An experienced attorney and healthcare entrepreneur with more than 30 years in law, compliance, and regulated care, Lisa previously co‑founded a home health agency and guided its transition after sale. Her legal rigor and deep commitment to helping others shapes her approach at Original Age, where her passion is to educate the world and lead others through their healing journies.

COO - Jane Cazin

is the Chief Operating Officer of Original Age, where she leads day-to-day operations, strategy, and execution with equal parts structure and heart. She’s passionate about turning big ideas into practical systems, making sure everything the company does is thoughtful, ethical, and built to last. She cares deeply about clarity and trust. From how products are formulated to how they’re explained, she believes wellness should feel simple, grounded, and supportive, not overwhelming or trendy. Her approach is hands-on and detail-driven, with a strong focus on the real people using the products every day.
