Before You Write

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following in your message:

  • Your full name and email address used at checkout
  • Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of any damaged packaging or product, if applicable

Claims for missing or damaged orders submitted without an order number cannot be processed.

Protect Yourself — What We Will Never Ask

Original Age will never contact you to request:

  • Your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details
  • Your account password or login credentials
  • Payment via gift card, wire transfer, cryptocurrency, or any method other than our official checkout
  • Remote access to your device

If you receive a message claiming to be from Original Age that asks for any of the above, do not respond. Forward it to customerservice@originalage.com so we can investigate.

Our only official customer service email is customerservice@originalage.com. We do not contact customers from personal Gmail, Yahoo, or other non-branded addresses. Verify the sender address before sharing any information.

Authorized Channels Only

Original Age representatives will only contact you through the following:

  • Email: @originalage.com addresses only
  • Order updates: Automated notifications from our Shopify storefront

We do not offer phone support at this time. Any individual claiming to provide phone-based Original Age customer support is not affiliated with us.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We resolve the vast majority of issues within one business day when contacted directly. Filing a chargeback without first reaching out may delay your resolution and is subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
