How long does it take to process an order?
The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted.
However, it’s important to note that the fulfillment time frame may vary for each order. You can find an estimated ship-by date for each order in your Orders tab.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.
What is your return policy?
Because all Original Age products are made-to-order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind.
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the problem.
What are your sizing options?
Hats: Most of our hats are one-size-fits-most with adjustable straps or snapbacks for a flexible fit. If a hat is fitted, sizing details will be listed on the product page.
Sweatshirts: Our sweatshirts use standard unisex sizing. For a looser fit, we recommend ordering one size up. You can also check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements.
